When you call our office we will make every attempt to answer your questions, schedule your appointment or address the reason for your call. 

Unfortunately for the doctor to leave a patient being treated to answer the phone would be unfair to the patient.  The office staff is available to assist you if you have a question or are undecided of whether or not an appointment is needed.  If the office staff can not address your question they will take a message and ask the doctor, one of the nurses will then return your call.

We will make every attempt possible to see you at your set appointment time.  Unfortunately, sometimes issues arise that will put the doctor behind schedule.  If this occurs we understand that it's an inconvenience, but occasionally it is unavoidable.

To help avoid these instances please arrive for your appointment on time or 5 minutes early.   

If you need to cancel an appointment we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice.  Certainly, we understand from time to time things come up and you may not be able to provide us with 24 hours notice.  If this occurs please call as soon as you know you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment.  Your scheduled appointment is set aside for you and if you don't show up you're keeping someone else from being seen.
